public final class FrameworkCreate
extends AbstractIntegrationService<org.jboss.osgi.framework.internal.FrameworkState>

A service that represents the CREATED state of the Framework. When this services has started, the system bundle context is availbale as well as the basic infrastructure to register OSGi services.
