Basic stdout logging
Production request logger middleware.
Implemented on top of logCallback, but prints to stdout
Development request logger middleware.
Implemented on top of logCallbackDev, but prints to stdout
Flushes stdout on each request, which would be inefficient in production use.
Use logStdout in production.
