This subroutine computes the norm of a vector.

Parameters

[in]	vec	the input vector
[in]	n	the vector size
[out]	nrm	the output norm
[in]	ntype	the norm type. It can be one of these 1 : 1-norm 2 : 2-norm i : inf-norm
